COBRA Administration
In 1985, Congress enacted continuation health care coverage requirements
in Title X of the Consolidated Omnibis Budget Reconciliation Act
of 1985, commonly referred to as “COBRA”. Employers
who average 20 or more toal employees (including full-time and part-time
employees) on 50% of their working days in the previous calendar
year are subject to COBRA. It is difficult and time consuming to
ensure that an employer is compliant. Let us ease your administrative

(TPA), we will handle all COBRA requirements from general and qualifying
event notices through payments and terminations.
